We have used the Diwan since not long after it first opened back in the 90's, others have been tried and tested but quite honestly nothing beats the Diwan for quality, consistency and value for money. The staff are great as well. In our opinion the Diwan is without doubt the best balti house in Birmingham. Long may it continue.

The Diwan is one of the best restaurants I have eaten in, and I have tried them all, not just here in Birmingham but also in other countries including Egypt. The service is excellent and the staff are very polite and friendly. I would recommend the Diwan to all my friends and colleagues. After visiting my Tarot reader in Moseley, I was starving, not knowing Moseley I asked the clairvoyant where I could go, she recommended the Diwan just around the corner. I wasn't expecting anything wonderful, but what a surprise, it was one of the best I have ever eaten in. I come from France and we are known for our critical view of food, there is nothing to criticize in the Diwan, the food was first class. Jacque. Coventry.
