We had a lovely Valentine's meal at the Duke, the food was lovely, reasonably priced and the staff were very attentive and polite. Lovely good old Yorkshire Hospitality. We will be back soon ...

The pub is really friendly and has a real homely feel-slightly shabby but adds to it. All the staff are really friendly.
We ate currys - £6.50 for curry, rice and nan bread and an extra 50p for chips cooked in skins yummy
Sticky Toffee Pudding was delicious even if I shouldn't have had it :-)
Will eat here again most definately. It's a pub grub menu so not flash dining but as my "new local" I will be eating here once a week
