What a lovely feel to this pub with wood floors, comfortable sofas and tea lights twinkling on the tables in the restaurant. I particularly loved the row of tea lights in glasses on the mantleshelf and a magnificent display of flowers. With Frank Sinatra playing in the background and beautifully prepared food it was the perfect place for our anniversary meal. And, at the end of the evening, a short walk over the road to a fantastic 5 star b&b called Rookshill.
