For me the Farmers Arms is superb, not only is the food 5* but the staff are as good as the food, every my wife and I go the greeting could not be better, if you have never been you do not know what you are missing. Merle & Robert

Excellent traditional British Fayre served in bar & restaurant along with open wood fires & low beamed ceilings - Home made pate a superb starter also breaded scampi with creamy garlic sauce or chicken & bacon with a crisp green salad all superb - main courses range from grills to more elaborate saucy cuisine - daily "blackboard" special include fish of the day - big emphasis towards local produce - all topped off with guest ales or wide range of international wines - all in all well worth a visit - you won't be stuck for choice or disappointed
