We just had a fabulous meal at Fuzion fallowfield. The pad Thai was exceptional . Full flavoured with tamarind zesty lime and salty peanut. Salt n pepper squid were a big hit. The miso soup was perfect and the deep fried tofu veg Gyozo and veg and tofu green curry all went down a treat with the veggies. We almost are it all but friendly staff bagged up the leftovers for further enjoyment tomorrow Great food. Friendly service and a laid back atmosphere. Thank you Fuzion.

Always a pleasure to eat here, the food is quick tasty and substantial. The owner very welcoming. The noodle soups are amazing with plenty in the large bowls. This is a great alternative to wagamama and tampopo.

I ordered a beef dish from the menu. I ate most of my vegetables before starting on the meat, as is a habit of mine. I choked down two pieces of unpalatable, inedible beef in a valiant effort to enjoy my meal but, when I found it slithering its way back up my gullet, I realised I wouldn't be able to force down anymore and asked that my dish be changed to chicken. Cue the chef and her absolutely appalling attitude informing me that I had eaten almost 'the entire dish' and as a result she would only be happy 'to put some chicken on top'. On top of a beef dish?! REALLY?! Actually no, that was inaccurate, as there was clearly an almost full bowl of food in her hand which she then slammed onto the side next to her, and it was not going to happen because, as a chef and kitchen manager myself, there was no way I was being fobbed off simply because this creature was unable to cook beef without turning it into rubber. When she realised I wouldn't be fobbed off this very angry woman then muttered some epithets and stormed off into the kitchen, leaving me in no doubt that at Fuzion, it doesn't matter if your food is inedibly awful, the chef expects you to eat it anyway and will make you feel as small as she possibly can before she will replace it with something that doesn't make you retch as you swallow. I've eaten at Fuzion for several years and until today have never had a bad word to say about the place. The food and service have always been impeccable and this was the first time I have ever had to return a dish. This horrendous harpy has ensured that I'll think twice before eating here again and certainly won't be recommending it to my friends.

I cant get enough of this place, i would walk past regularly and couldn't work out why it was forever busy. I just had to try it and couldn't believe how good it was, quite a limited menu, but it included food from Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and China. Top quality and great prices!

I live next to china town, but I come here for asian food. Why? A big bowl of steaming spicy noodles for a fiver, unlimited quantities of green tea for 95p, a decent starters menu and now an excellent albeit small menu of deserts. Particularly recommend the banana and ginger ice cream. What more can I say.

Great little place. Like a small-scale Wagamama's. I went for the Thai red curry which had loads of flavour and just the right amount of kick. Some of the seafood was a little chewy though. Meal, plus starters and drinks for four came to £36. I don't think you can get much better for the money. Highly recommended.

Was taken here on a trip to visit some friends in Manchester. It looks pretty understated and authentic what with the bench style seating. The service is quick and the food is sooo good. I had Thai green curry, twas yummy! Plus it's pretty cheap so you won't be broke after. One other thing- the chicken is halal so it suits Muslims like myself! Weeeee!

Well, what can be said? I was out for a meal one Friday evening in this authentic and captivating noodle bar. Firstly, me and my friend were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by a female who i assume was the owner. Starters were ordered and brought out very efficiently and presented wonderfully. Needless to say, said starters were delicious. The main courses were also perfect and brought out to my place by a beautiful, keen waitress! The only draw back was a lack of dessert menu, but I definitely left a happy man.
