the casino decor is nice enuff, but its only ever busy on weekends. It takes too long to get past the reception becoz the self swipe card entry system is too slow, and if u ask any of the receptionists to enter you manually, then they are even slower. The valet service is the worst in the country -if n when u are lucky enuff to find a valet, they bring your hot drinks stone cold. the 200 seater card room has apparently shut down after just 1 month of its opening becoz of poor tournament structures. This must be the only casino in the world without a regular weekly poker schedule in its card room.

Went to see what the casino was like on Saturday 27th, I was rather disappointed. It says you don't have to be a member but still have to complete a form, rather confusing. The place inside I've got to say looks lovely, but it should be its new. Think they should have a stricter dress code, as quite a few people looked scruffy. Also when asking a member of staff where the smoking area was, he told us to go and stand outside the front of the building. What a joke, every casino I've been in has an area where there is heating. Then when we did go out the heat lamps are way to high, so you are freezing. That needs sorting. Some of the croupiers need training as well, as we witnessed several mistakes. Not very professional in my eyes. Overall don't think we will be coming back, we prefer the casinos on Queens Road and Hillsborough.
