My wife and I visited Giorgio’s twice in 2 days. on 13th. and 14th. May 2023. We were staying in Leeds as I was taking part in the Rob Burow Marathon. Our first visit was excellent. Despite being very busy, every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Our meals were of excellent quality. Well-presented, flavoursome and generously portioned. We had a lovely evening and booked for the next night. On arrival, the owner asked about the Marathon outcome and promptly offered us both a free drink of our choice. We then had another lovely meal snd we were very well served by the competent and friendly staff. Giorgio’s proved to be a real gem and we have no reservations regarding recommending this lovely restaurant very highly. Thankyou for making our visit to Leeds so good. What a fabulous place to eat. Buzzing vibrant atmosphere and I can honestly say the best Italian food I have ever tasted. I just wish I lived nearer. The staff were all so attentive and friendly. A real family feel and very busy, so worth booking in advance as we did.

We used to visit Giorgio’s regularly, but having moved away haven’t been for a few years. We visited last night as a family reunion meal after attending our Nana’s funeral. As we always had such fond memories of visiting we wanted somewhere special to come together as a family. To say we were disappointed is an understatement - we were actually quite upset. Good points - the food is still as excellent as always and there’s a great atmosphere to the restaurant. However, perhaps the 2 waitresses, 1 in particular, we’re having a bad day, but we were frankly quite upset how we were treated. Their attitude was appallingly rude. Our waitress barely raised a smile when we entered, sulkily took our orders, slammed plates down, took one of our starter orders wrong - and when we just pointed it wasn’t what we ordered literally scowled at us so we ended up apologising! It felt like she didn’t want us there and we were inconveniencing her massively - her whole attitude was just terrible and horribly rude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but just a thought - customers are coming to have a nice time - in our case to remember our nana who we had laid to rest that day. We were nothing but friendly and pleasant and were treated disgracefully - to the point our evening was tainted. We did make a complaint eventually after politely pointing out another order had been taken incorrectly and met with another scowl. We were given a round of drinks on the house, which was appreciated, but it didn’t undo the damage. Sadly we probably wouldn’t return after that encounter. Just a reminder how important having engaged and happy staff are I suppose!

Our second visit, but we were treat like old friends. Lovely service, wonderful food and prices that don't make you think twice about dining out. Whether it's the exceptionally fine carpaccio of smoked salmon, the truly Italian authentic olives, or the heavenly chocolate fudge cake, you simply can't go wrong.

Absolutely lovely lunch yesterday at Giorgio’s. We had Pizza, carbonara and meatballs for lunch. Fantastic value at the moment too. Service was very good and the waitress and waiter were lovely! Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely time xx

Giorgio’s never disappoints! The food is always wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere relaxed and lively (yes I know that seems contradictory). It is a family run business and always very welcoming and happy! Have eaten here regularly since they opened and have never had a bad meal. Was there Saturday night for a family birthday meal for 7 people. Delicious meal and a lovely evening. My family always loves eating at Giorgio’s.
