About Gnammy Italy

Gnammy – literally ‘yummy’ in Italian – first opened in 2018 and moved to its current London Road premises in summer 2020. It’s very much a family affair with chef-patron Andrea running the show from an open kitchen. Expect tip-top pizzas straight from the pizza oven, Italian tapas, filled pasta dishes and homemade desserts amongst the menu highlights. According to Andrea, the Campana pizza is not to be missed. Gnammy is open from 3pm-9pm Wednesdays and Thursdays and 12 noon-9pm Friday to Sunday.

Yet another fantastic meal at Gnammy. It never dissapoints with its wholesome family made food and warm welcoming environment. It's our go to Italian. There is something special about a family run restaurant. Everybody helping and full of smiles and fun.

We visited last week for the first time following a recommendation from a friend. Clearly a family run concern, with everyone really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of choice on a substantial menu. We had starters and mains and everything was excellent. Will be back.

We visited Gnammy for the first time on Saturday (24/08/24). One of our party is a coeliac so the provision of the extensive Gluten Free special menu makes for a relaxing worry free evening, this allied to the knowledge and care of the staff made our experience at Gnammy enjoyable and relaxing but above all everyone's food was excellent and really tasty. A family run restaurant, without being intrusive, you are made to feel really welcome. The atmosphere is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.
