OK, the range of Chinese food I can eat is limited to 8-12 items on most menus, however I have eaten in Chinese restuarants in China, Hong Kong, across Europe

The food was absolutely excellent. Cannot fault a thing. Its not cheap but its also not the most expensive place I've been to and you definitely get what you pay for.
