Fourteen of us visited on Saturday for a family birthday.Nothing was too much trouble - even with the odd fussy eater! - and the fact that a couple of guests had to leave early did not cause any problems to the attentive staff as they were served separately.Whether we asked for drinks or extras to the meal, they were brought immediately and always with a smile and the young staff, one male one female were a delight, coping with a busy restaurant with smiles on their faces. We have been visiting this restaurant for many years and have never had a bad experience, but it was noticeable that the people who had not been there before were already planning to come back again soon and were sorry they had never visited before They even called a taxi for us at the end of the night and for what we ate and drank, the bill was very reasonable.Give it t a try!

Went for my daughter's 18th. Seven of us to start off with - ended up as eleven as others turned up, including an 89 year old who doesn't like Chinese food! All of this was taken in the stride of the owner of the Great Wall, who moved the restaurant around for us and supplied a beautiful, personally made meal for my Aunt. The food was superb, tasty, perfectly cooked and plenty of it. All in all great food and friendly personal service. You wouldn't believe you were in a small restaurant in a Liverpool suburb. Four of the people who hadn't been there before said they would make a point of going there the next time they went out four a meal

Fabulous, friendly, family run restaurant. Highly recommended for either a special occasion or just a night out.

I must say I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. It was the worst Chinese meal I had and I won't be returning. The food was sloppy & over saturated with sauce. TERRIBLE!!
