We live in Blackpool and have been to Hauze several times now. Blackpool has lots of Restaurants but this place is special. Starting with the lovely warm welcome.
The restaurant is very beautifully decorated and furnished, with plenty of space between tables. It has a very upmarket ambiance.
The menu is Northern European fusion. Now that might sound challenging but its a wonderful selection of dishes. Examples: Perfectly cooked steaks; salmon and red caviar and a delicious sauce; beef carpaccio; chicken Karbonat; various delicious prawn dishes... and more appetisers, mains and deserts!
The service is superb and the prices are very reasonable, much less than you expect when you walk in and see inside. Do give Hauze a try, its a real gem!
