My family went to Hobby Horse tonight. The woman who took our order was totally rude and unfriendly. We should have walked out then but we ordered our food. My Dad had fish, chips and mushy peas. The chips and mushy peas were cold. My Mum had steak, mushroom sauce, chips and peas. Her steak was so tough she couldn't eat it. I had lamb which came with mash potato and veg. The lamb was lovely and so was the veg and gravy but the mash potato was lumpy.
Nobody came to clear our plates away or ask us if we had enjoyed our meal.
When we left there was nobody at the counter to complain to.
Its the first time we have been there and will definitely not be going back.

Extremely good place to eat. Everything is two for one, so the cheapest meal is free. This goes for groups too, buy 2 meals get 2 free.. it leads to truly exceptional pricing for a cheap meal out.
