Iâl Restaurant (pronounced Yal) has a unique selling concept based on supporting the North Wales ‘Farm to Fork’ initiative, and sourcing local quality produce. We growing and produce a lot of our own ingredients at our very own Llysfasi Farm, and Northop site. For everything else we will source locally and responsibly. We are ambitious in supporting the recovery of our Hospitality Economy. We offer a modern and contemporary dining experience. All menus are seasonal with predominantly Welsh ingredients, with a wine list that complements. We also offer bar snacks and the bar opens late on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Head Chef Barry Langston Barry has a wealth of experience having trained previously in Le Mans, France. Barry has worked alongside some of the most well renowned chefs in the industry and on some of the most prestigious events across the country.
