daylight robbery £5.50 for a bottle of beer

A most unpleasant and catastrophic visit at end December 2008. Absolute shambles in every respect many upset and dissatisfied customers were evident - including ourselves. Very hard it was to obtain [limited] compensation too - they ought to have been paying US handsomely - not the other way round ! There are obviously some fundamental problems somewhere.
