About Istanblue

Istanblue in Royton is an award-winning restaurant specialising in Turkish and Greek dishes. The chefs work from a flaming charcoal grill in an open kitchen and the extensive menu offers lots of choice. There’s a great selection of hot and cold meze/tapas, classic main course grill dishes, Pide (Turkish pizza), Kritharoto (Greek risotto), Ottoman-style casseroles and various cuts of steak with accompanying sauces. Istanblue is open from 2pm til late seven days a week as well as Sunday Lunch from 12 noon to 4pm. They also do breakfast from 9.30am, Thursday to Sunday.
