Jacksons Rescue Cat Café in Hoylake is a place of sanctuary, relaxation and education. It’s home only to rescue cats and these are free to roam around the two-storey venue as they please. With vet bills growing and more and more cats needing rescued, visitors to Jacksons provide much-needed financial support for the centre. You can book in advance a one hour or three hour session and Quiet Hour bookings are also available for those that may benefit from a quieter environment. The café currently serves hot and cold drinks and cakes but the food and drink is not included in the admission price.
The minimum age for admission to Opening Hours or Quiet Hours is 11 years old. This is for the welfare of the rescue cats, which is our highest priority. We cannot make exceptions to this. If the young person in your group looks younger than 11 years old you may be asked to provide proof of age. If you make a booking with a child that is younger than age 11, you would unfortunately be refused entry without refund. This does include babies. There must be a ratio of at least one adult, to two children per booking. Those aged 11-16 must visit with an adult. Gift vouchers and special celebration packages are available but the café is not suitable for children’s birthday parties.
