Went there on a Sunday evening for dinner. Restaurant was practically empty, so little ambience. Food was well presented and generally enjoyed by our group, but service was poor. If you want reasonable food at a reasonable price then you won't go far wrong, but I would not recommend as good dining.

Having booked Jamesons before reading Mark Taylors report in the Evening Post we thought we were in for an expensive night out - nothing could be further from the truth.
From the reception we received on arrival, the service through the meal, the outstanding food and general fun atmosphere without the 'snobish' feel of a lot of top restaurants, this was a top draw experience.
And the bill - we had to check it twice to make sure they had not missed anything off - I could not remember what wine Mr Taylor drunk to get his bill as high as he quoted but it must have been one of the most expensive on the menu.
My recomendation is to try this restaurant out before they realise they are under charging.
