We are regular visitors to this restaurant and are always very happy with the excellent food and service. The staff are courteous and very professional. Last weekend we had the pleasure of attending my husbands company Christmas meal there were 17 couples in number to be served at the same time. Well done Julio staff all had a very good evening and an excellent time. there was no rushing and no one was urge to move on after the meal was finished, we all chatted together in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough my wife and I love everything about it, The bar is well stocked the staff excellent Julio himself treats everybody like a close friend and the food is FANTASTIC. If you want to impress friends, colleagues or family then book a table. You won’t be disappointed.

I can not recommend this restaurant highly enough; it is by far my favourite. The food is excellent the service far superior to what you usually get in England and the staff are always pleased to see you and welcome you with a smile. Reasonably priced with an excellent menu selection that caters for all palates. The bar is well stocked with a wide range spirits well worth a visit just for a drink. Diane Huddersfield

i went to la buona sera i couple of weeks ago, i have to admit the food was nice, service was OK. the atmosphere was OK but not what we wanted. we used to go to la buona sera a couple of years ago when it was named "bella rosa" we used to love going there every weekend. the atmosphere was amazing the staff were great. it was the best Italian restaurant we had ever been to by far. mimo was the most nicest person ive met. not to mention is wife and daughter. bella rosa was a family buisness and i would like to say i miss them very much. so if your reading this mimo and family, we want you back in Halifax. we will go back to buona sera, it wasnt a complete let down, and i will spread the news.
