About La Regata
La Regata is an intimate Spanish restaurant housed within an imposing quayside building in Southampton. It’s just a five-minute walk from the city’s top hotels, the docks and the main shopping centres and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has an extensive tapas menu along with a selection of fresh fish and meat main course dishes, traditional Spanish paella and even whole suckling pig if you order in advance. From tortillas to chorizo, pulpo gallega to fabada asturiana, your taste buds will be tantalised. And La Regata’s wine list features a variety of European wines, together with a fine selection of Spanish favourites including wines from Navarra, Ribera del Duero and many Riojas.
