Brewers Fayre Tonypandy visited again today 3/7/14 7.30 pm. What a shambles, how does a restaurant run out of food yet again. payed our money found a dirty table to sit by no forks only knives waited 15 mins for cutlery and 20 mins for someone to clean table. fetched food no meat left no yorkshire puds left 3 roast potatoes between 4 of us burnt veg. well what can I say a shambles there was a lot more wrong that evening but I have not got a spare hour to tell you about it so be aware if you want a carvery in brewers fayre tonypandy. Take some cleaning items forks knives serviettes and take a doggy bag with you just in case they have no food left at 7.30 in the evening. Anyway we do go here about once a month I will give it 1 last go as I live very local and if no improvement hey ho away somewhere else. We go did i mention the lager tastes like very weak urine do yourself a favour go somewhere else, ps dont forget your sandwiches just in case they run out of food. Lee

Brewers Fayre Tonypandy gone down hill, every time we turn up busy or not cannot find a clean table. Food plates and glasses everywhere we have had to ask for a cloth 9 out of 10 times and move dirty plates to another dirty table to make room. Always asking for cutlery serviettes. Staff a little bit shocked when asked to clean a table as if it is beneath them, not customer friendly. Last time we went price of carvery had gone up again meat chef was limiting the small yorkshire puds and cutting the meat as thin and small as possible. When asked if she was on a budget with the meat the response was only doing what I was told. Anyway if your looking for a cheap and nasty carvery, dirty tables cutlery no customer care please visit Tonypandy Brewers Fayre, thanks Lee

In past visits the food varied from good to terrible. On my most recent (3 weeks ago) I found the food was very good and the waiters very attentive. But BEWARE the watered down spirits. I ordered a large Gran Marnier with my coffee. It tasted of weak sugary water. The barman claimed he didn't drink so wouldn't know what it was supposed to taste like, and didn't offer a replacement or refund. I didn't make a fuss; just left without leaving the £5 tip which the waiters deserved but which covered instead the cost of my "Gran Marnier." I would re-visit because the food was OK but wouldn't let them get away with it a 2nd time.
