As both the name and the distinct square and compass signage suggest, the Loyal Lodge in Halesowen began life as a masonic lodge in the middle of the eighteenth century. It’s been a pub for many years and was recently refurbished under new ownership. There’s a lounge, a raised restaurant section, a sports area with projectors and outside dining space for when weather permits. With quiz nights, poker nights, karaoke and music nights, there’s a busy schedule of events and food is served right through from 12 noon every day. There’s a good selection ranging from pub classics to more adventurous fare with everything cooked fresh in-house. Try the Lamb shank pie or their famous Hanging mixed grill skewer. It’s steak night every Monday and Tuesday with special delas for couples and Friday night is fizz night with discounts on champagne and prosecco.
