Formerly The Queen's Hotel, the building has been transformed into a stunning luxury hotel with the usual Malmaison style and flair for design. The Mal Brasserie hosts a delicious menu of dishes made from the finest local ingredients delivered by head chef Guy Callister and his team. The 100 person capacity Brasserie is great if you are alone and fancy a great meal, or for groups. There are also two private dining rooms. Designed in a unique boudoir style, The Hauf is a warm and cosy room which can seat up to 12 guests comfortably for events or for private dining. Or you can see dishes prepared right in front of your eyes as you debate your company's next big move at The Chefs Table. A unique private dining room set against the backdrop of the brasserie, it features a window into the world of the chefs at work in the kitchen. The Mal Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
