About Malmaison Brasserie

Malmaison Dundee is the hotel groups lucky 13th property and opened its doors in February 2014. It enjoys a prime waterfront location on the site of the historic Tay Hotel and incorporates many stunning features including a huge domed ceiling above the original wrought iron staircase. The hotel has 91 bedrooms including suites, a large function room, the atmospheric MALBAR and the cosy brasserie, complete with a Josper Grill to impart maximum flavor to their dry-aged Donald Russell Scottish steaks. The Mal Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
