Marco Pierre White needs no introduction. The first British chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, he was also the youngest chef in the world to receive the culinary world's top accolade. His steakhouse bar and grill in Liverpool at the boutique Hotel Indigo has just reopened after a major makeover. As well as a chic new look that pays homage to the city's rich industrial heritage, there's a brand new menu, designed by Marco himself, featuring classic dishes made from a range of seasonal ingredients. Steak remains very much at the heart of things though, sourced from Royal Warrant-appointed butcher, Campbell Brothers. A new lounge menu features a selection of sharing plates, classic sandwiches and hearty salads. Private dining and afternoon tea too.
