Head Chef Richard Donohue has a wealth of experience cooking professionally in restaurants all around the world. He has also worked with some of the top names in the industry including Gordon Ramsay, Thomas Keller and Sat Bains. The speciality is 35-day-aged cuts of steak but there are also plenty of other menu choices including, chicken, pork, lamb and fish. You can choose from set lunch and evening menus as well as the main a la carte. The drinks selection includes MPW's own-brand ales and ciders as well as an extensive wine list.
