Set in the picturesque Fylde village of Singleton, the Miller Arms dates back to the seventeenth century. The pub was known for its food long before the term ‘gastropub' was invented and that fine culinary tradition continues in the guise of The Greedy Badger. Head Chef Matt is classically trained and has 15 years’ experience in some of the country’s best restaurants. His menus are built around top-quality produce and include smokehouse dishes, pub classics and tapas complemented by a good selection of wines, spirits, cocktails and real ales .The interior has a real traditional feel with the restaurant divided into a series of intimate dining spaces, a large bar area with open fires and a beer garden.
