Mohshinas may be one of the newer Indian restaurants on the Fylde Coast but owner Abul has more than a quarter century of experience in the business. The restaurant is situated on Lytham's Henry Street, right in the centre of the action, and open from 5pm until midnight, seven days a week. It's cosy and intimate, seating just 40 diners, with wooden floors and a welcoming ambience. The extensive menu covers all the bases ranging from staples like bhuna and madras to more adventurous choices like Malaysian Biryani and Chicken Sri Lanka. Signature dishes include Chicken Dhaniya, Chingri Malai and Murchi Ka Bahar. Takeaway is available with free delivery for orders over £25 within a five-mile radius.

Dined there last night and we were happy with the food but the service was awful . The waiter, who was possibly the owner, was miserable and rude. No atmosphere at all. Check your bills carefully as the other 3 tables were overcharged

Whilst I have previously had good food here, the manager/owner fell short of behaving professionally last night. My friend ordered a "2 chilli" strength meal. When she tasted it, it was as mild as a korma so she politely asked for it to be a bit more spicy. When the dish was returned to her she took 1 fork full.and it almost blew her head off. It went from 1 extreme to the other. She could not eat it....the waiter seemed to take it very personally & said in 12 years, he had never had a complaint. He then sent over a customer so that she could tell us how nice her meal.had been! She was visiting Lytham & it was her 1st visit. Bizarre request! Anyway my.point is the owner took the criticism of his dish very badly & unprofessionally....he did not charge for the dish but we shall not return due to his attitude

Excellent service and meal on 02/03/23. Prawn on puri, Hyderabadi lamb biryani, vegetable amber and tarka daal. Prawn puri very good, lovely juicy prawns with delicious sauce, biryani excellent, nice variation on the usual style biryani, lots of meat and great combination of spices and fruits/nuts in the rice, really tasty veg samber and the best tarka daal I’ve had outside of Southall area in London. Generous portions, I took enough home to feed me the next day. I’ll certainly be back!

99 0/0 for prawn cocktail. Almost perfect. A little more lettuce for perfection. Mains very very good. Beautifully tender. The drinks are too overpriced. Poppadoms lovely and chutney and extras so tasty.
