Atrocious,food, service and hospitality.
I visited the Nags Head Lazenby in August with my sister and we both "promised" never to again
We both ordered parmos "a teesside delicacy"and were hugely disappointed(being from Middlesbrough all our lives, we know the difference between good and bad).
The chips were "cremated" and the chicken base of the "parmo" thin to say the least.We both also commented on how abrupt the "cook" was when taking our order and when bringing the food,( like she couldn't be bothered ,even though the pub was empty)
We both live only a short taxi ride or walk (Eston under nab)from the Nags head,but there are lots of far better eating houses in the area,they really do need to raise there game to compete or forget about serving food altogether.
