Ordered our food over 2 hours ago. Got told it would be another 15 mins, 30 mins later I got told they have just left. The man on the other end of the phone couldn’t care less. “Well what do you want me to do about it?!” I will not recommend this place at all. Can’t comment on the food as we are still waiting...

We have been visiting Nam Ploy for about six years now, the food is just mouth wateringly tasty everything from hot to mild is just so perfect. My partner and the kids just love it . Best Thai restaurant by far.

I recently ate here with a group of friends. Whilst the appetizers were tasty, the main courses seemed lifeless and uninspired. Thai food is essentially simple to make, the great taste comes from the freshness and quality of the ingredients, and the balance of spices. However, both of these aspects were missing from our main courses. The amount of food that served was in no way near enough for the party of ten people, I would say there was only enough food for about four people.(the food was also cold). I think the service was very poor, after an three quarters of an hour the appetizers was served, it took a further hour and a half to serve the main courses after finishing the appetizers (took a total of three hours for two courses). Sorry I would not recommend the Nam Ploy.

hi i visited nam ploy last Saturday night,the surroundings,atmosphere was amazing.the food was the best Thai i have ever tasted,it was unbelievably fresh and tasty .i would only ever recommend nam ploy .the staff were really nice and efficient

i live in Thailand 4 months of the year so when am back in the UK i head straight to nam ploy the food is so authentic it is amazing i would recommend everything on the menu you will not be disappointed ask for the apple special , its very spicy king prawn starter yum yum yum

A very nice place to dine. Myself and my wife want something different for our lunch one day and we said we will try Thai food. We never regret going there first time, second time and we still keep come back. We recommend it to our friends and they too enjoy it.

Have been to Nam Ploy, but the cuisine is not Thai, more like chinese, i was very dissapointed.
