Chef-patron Paul Webster (ex-Greens, St Annes) has an impressive culinary CV that takes in some top addresses in the UK and around the world and his dishes carefully highlight locally sourced steak, lamb, duck, fish and vegetables, all beautifully composed for your enjoyment.
