My apologies I thought that the pub opened at 11. Would make sense to open earlier than 1 for lunch but at least post opening times on door. In fairness I have always found OEG to be a great pub.

Bit disappointed that the pub was closed today. Went with pal for meal at 12.30. Web says it should have been open.

Old English Gentleman is a beautiful public house in the Hull town centre. Avery old and cultural place, very relaxing inside and the staff are just fantastic. Food is very nice.
