About The Olive Tree Bistro
Just two minutes’ walk from the Floral Pavilion Theatre in New Brighton and four minutes from The Light cinema, The Olive Tree Bistro is a popular choice for pre- and post-show dining. The modern and relaxed family-run restaurant seats 30 diners and in summer has additional outside seating where you can make the most of the weather. Open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday, it specializes in home-cooked food at very competitive prices with special lunchtime and pre-theatre deals available too. Specials change every week but perennial favourites include the Haddock and Wirral chunky chips and the Olive Tree Burger. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-intolerant diners are well catered for and the food offering is complemented by a good selection of wines and their own bespoke Olive Tree Gin.
