The Orchid has long been a firm favourite, it's a really great atmosphere with fabulous food and friendly staff. I would recommend this restaurant for couples, groups or families with older children. A bit pricey but it's well worth it.

That place is so bloody tasty, when I worked in Harrogate, I had no money and weighed two stone more than I do now becuase I went there every day for Lunch! Have some methadone ready for when you need to come off the high from that place, it's incredible

Been going to this restaurant for about three years now and always had excellent food and service. Held a private party for our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was fantastic the staff and management were really helpful and friendly and of course the food was amazing. Great Place.

The menu is extensive, the atmosphere modern and tasteful, the service amazingly attentive, the food exquisite. Highly recommended is the Sunday lunch buffet for a set price - book ahead as this is very, very popular (including with families). We held a private birthday party in one of the upstairs rooms and couldn't have been more pleased. The prices are a little above average but worth every penny.

You'll need to book to be sure of a suitable slot. There's a wide variety of exotic dishes and the quality is excellent.

Even though I thought the cost was a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. It was the best Asian food I've had. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Orchid to anyone who likes great food and great service.

This is one of our most favourite eateries in Harrogate, the food is delicious, the staff are very attentive and polite. The Vegetable curry is the best I have tasted outside of Thailand and my partner swears by the spicy lamb. Don't miss out on trying this place, you will love it.

Specials - the Weeping Tiger, the Thai green Curry in those lovely pots, the Whole Seabass Steamed Vietnamese style, really good, Get Advice from the staff if you are not sure as there are loads of food which I have not heard about!!
