The Orient Xpression has absolutely excellent food and the price is fairly average considering the type of food, it's just a shame about the person who seems to be on serving every time I've been there. He starts asking you what you want as soon as you approach the counter. This is very annoying as he's saying "What do you want?" while you're still looking up at the menu boards, before you've even decided. Go there and order something and you will see what I mean. Apart from that, the ambience of the place always seems to be on-edge, and none of the staff seem friendly, just treating you as another person. Come on Orient Xpression staff, start showing some friendly gestures and treat your customers with value and respect. It's sadly lacking at the moment. Some good manners would not go amiss either, although the manners of staff in a number of stores in the Trafford Centre leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe they just don't really want to be there.
