We booked our staff party here for 45 people last night. It was FAB!! the food was beautiful and nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly staff! I am quite sure we will be going again and again..... Go there, it's Great!!!!

I have visited this restaurant on a few occasions and always had a fantastic meal. We called in again recently and were very disappointed the menu had changed from 'fine dining' to more of a snack type menu "to cater for the student population".
I had had a burger previously so I thought I'd stick with what I knew but how disappointing! they seem to be using cheaper ingredients.
Unfortunately I will not be going to this restaurant again.

The food was lovely, nice decor and polite and friendly service. It was very quiet but perhaps to be expected early on a Wednesday evening. Would highly recommend the chips...very tasty!

we went to OSQA on mothers day 22nd march 2009 as a party of 11.as anticipated we knew it would be busy even though we had booked.we had over an hours wait before we even ordered any food and had to ask for menus after we were seated because the waiter had forgot about us.it was worth the wait because the food was absolutely fab and very generous portions, even the childrens meal.a great atmosphere lovely staff and we even had the bill reduced due to our lengthy wait.cant wait to go again for a lovely roast dinner.

We went to Osqa on Tuesday night 27/1/2009 and had the early evening special; ham hock terrine starter with roast lamb main course and it was fab. The service was great, not intrusive, but attentive, food was lovely and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at an exceptionally reasonable price.

Enjoyed a lovely meal early doors Saturday, the early dining menu was great value, the sea bass was delicious, my husbands burger looked fabulous, no minced beef in there it was ground steak. Our daughter had the chicken ghoujons from the kids menu and there was enough to feed 3 kids, she thoroughly enjoyed them and the staff were fantastic with her. It's lovely to go somewhere that is not too stuffy for families. We would definitely return. On the negative, took three goes to get correct bill but it would definitely not put me off.
The Birthday Boy
It seems a shame to read such a great review but to experience the reality was a major disappointment. The venue was lovely, a piano bar restaurant, Friday night, pay day, peak hour, shame there was no pianist to bring the piano alive to add any ambiance, in fact that was the problem there was no atmosphere. The staff were very miserable and seemed to blend in the background never there to give any form of reasonable service. As we arrived at about 9.15pm we sat at the bar only to be given menus for the food?!?! Out of a group of 20 our final meal came at 11.15pm, this wouldn't have been so bad but all the while no-one expressed any concern or reassurance and as we waited around staff cleared tables and lights went off giving the uncomfortable feeling that maybe everyone simply wanted to just hurry us up and go home. The food actually wasnt too bad, not the best, certainly not premium quality..in summary a restaurant with bags of potential, great venue, no atmosphere, miserable incompetent staff and absolutely no level of service to warrant a 2nd visit, the saving grace was 20% off the bill!!

I had never been to this restaurant before and didn't know it existed it's a little bit off the beaten track, anyway, we had a fantastic meal for a friends 40th. The waiter was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic and the restaurant itself is beautiful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely dine there again.
