Painters serve a wonderful breakfast, a real treat on a sunday to find such a gem of a place that serves a late breakfast. . The Service is very friendly and quick and the food is locally sourced and cooked perfectly. A very clean plate of food.I have popped in for a coffee which was excellent but as yet. I haven't had an opportunity to try out their delicious looking main menu but it looks very good and excellent value for money.

i have eaten at painters many times since they took over from bentleys and i would like to say that that have done an outstanding job of continuing the traditional home made English food, the staff and the atmosphere are delightful, i felt very welcome the moment i stepped into the restaurant, the food was delicious and we wasn't waiting very long at all for our meals. over all i would give this restaurant ten out of ten. we have passed the message on to many friends and they all have agreed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
