As a big fan of Chinese restaurants in my home city of Glasgow, where there is an outstanding selection to choose from, I was very surprised and impressed with the Palace Chine when it first opened at the Ocean Terminal. I had been on the look out for a good Chinese restaurant in Edinburgh and loved it from day one. It's a great place for lunches which are both inexpensive and excellent. I am back in Glasgow now, but always pay a visit to Palace Chine whenever I am back in Leith.
