Building on the success of its sister restaurant Parrilla Bueno Ayres in Musselburgh, Parrilla Argentinian Grill is a new Argentinian-inspired restaurant in Loanhead, Midlothian, south of Edinburgh. The interior features a tasteful blend of industrial and contemporary elements, creating a sophisticated yet cosy ambiance. Argentinian cuisine is known for its rich flavours, hearty dishes, and a strong emphasis on grilled meats, with beef being the star of the show. It combines influences from Spanish, Italian, and indigenous culinary traditions, resulting in a unique and diverse food culture. It’s also renowned for its wine production, particularly Malbec, which is the country's flagship red wine. Parrilla Argentinian Grill is open from 5pm weekdays (except Tuesdays) and from 3pm at weekends.
