About Parsons Restaurant

Newly listed in the 2014 Good Food Guide and a former Essex Restaurant of the Year, Parsons Restaurant at Waltham Abbey is one of the premier fine dining destinations in the county. Head Chef Adebola Adeshina (Ade) can boast a glittering culinary cv working with Gordon Ramsay at Aubergine, Marcus Wareing at Petrus, Philip Howard at The Square, Eric Chavot at The Capital and Tom Ilic at Bonds. He opened Parsons in 2011 with a fully refurbished interior and exterior that incorporates three dining areas (the Main Room, Abbey Room & Waltham Room) over two floors with bars on both the ground and upper floors. Open Sunday-Friday for lunch and from 6pm every evening.
