Excellent Hake on a bed of risotto and crushed peas last night. A very pleasant bottle of Rioja too. friendly attentive service.

Popped in for a quick dinner post lengthy dog walk. A table was found though it was really busy. The service is very good, all well trained and efficient and none workshy. both had the chicken schnitzel which was good but would have expected it to be more tenderised. Nice pint and nice glass of wine. All with my dog at my feet. Well done Queens.

Excellent cheese pie today. It looked lovely and tasted as good. A choice salad on the side and a good pint of Wainwrights. The beer has definitely improved as has the food

Lovely lunch at the Queens in Lytham today for new year!. Cheese and onion pie and a salmon platter. followed by a brisk walk down the prom

Been here twice in the last week and I’m wondering why I don’t go more often. I really like the atmosphere inside and out (when weather permits), the menu is really quite interesting for a pub (try the smoked haddock dish) and they always have a good selection of ales if that is your thing.

Our lunch for 4 at the Queens was great. Cheese and onion pie, pulled pork sarnie, a posh hot dog and a lovely salad. It is a bright and airy venue in a great location on Lytham front. Would return.

Burger and chips x 2 was filling and tasty. Service was attentive and prompt. Only complaint was that the outside area was a complete mess for the whole time we were there. The spring sun must have made the beer garden extra busy and I assume they were under staffed. Still one of my favourites in Lytham, especially as I can take my dog.
