This is a good beer drinkers pub where children are welcome. Being well placed for anyone on the coastal walks in the area around Fowey and Parr it serves excellent food.
We know the area well and always make a point of visiting.

This is a pricey pub, but well worth paying for. The setting is particularly good. Directly outside is the beach - with a good sized patio to drink on, which is very welcoming on a hot summers day with the sea breeze. The inside of the pub is very traditionally decorated, with a real wood fir which was most inviting during my cold November visit to Cornwall a few years back! A must try for any pub goer!
