Quaint little rustic-style Spanish restaurant on a very busy main road in a down-at-heel part of south London that is dominated by Portuguese cafes and shops. Went for lunch but one had to literally prize the special lunch menu from the manager - he was clearly only interested in flogging the a la carte options. Food was very mediocre. All 3 of us had different starters and mains and absolutely nothing shone out. All tasted as though it had been zapped in the microwave. Fish was cooked in indigestible old oil - not nice! Service was indifferent if competent. Our waiter had awful BO which did not promote our appetites in any way! The restaurant clearly meets the need of an unsophisticated local clientele and it shows. Won't be back.
