The Ribchester Arms is a destination inn and restaurant built in the early 1900s with a design that incorporates splayed wings and elements of a mock Tudor facade. It’s just a short stroll from the River Ribble and to Ribchester’s historic Roman ruins and museum. As well as the beautifully appointed dining and bar areas, there’s also a pretty beer garden by the river that’s perfect for a drink in the sunshine. Food is served right through from 12 moon every day with a good selection of classic pub dishes alongside cask ales, ciders, craft beers and continental lagers. There’s a function room too for special events and four ensuite bedrooms upstairs.
