Excellent Sunday lunch.Smart, polite and very obliging staff. Marks out of 10--15. Definitely one of the finest restaurants in the Fylde at a reasonable price.

Ate here last night and thought the three courses we had were fantastic and very good value for money. Our bill was under £60 for two of us including drinks and supplements. The starters and puddings were not the usual run of the mill options on set price menu's and the fillet steak was absolutely perfect. The Chef personally checked each guest was happy with their meal which was a nice touch. Service was excellent and the atmosphere and décor first class. I would expect to pay much more for a meal of this standard and it is bar far the best restaurant in the Knott End area.

A great place to dine. Ate here twice in a week even though I live in St Annes. Seems to do a lot of functions too.

Contrary to the angt poured on Tolleys via Trip Advisor by what appears to be a very rude crowd can I put a balanced viewpoint re Tolleys. Yes Clive Tolley can be brusque at times but not gushing or insincere. I have attended funerals, parties, celebrations of every kind and also one of Clive's cookery evenings and have found the standard in all areas high. I feel qualified to comment as these functions have all been recent. The staff have always been attentive and never rude. The menus have been revamped and the prices are reasonable except for the supplements which tend to be a wee bit excessive. All in all the experience is one which I return to because I like to sit and relax before and after the meal which on the Fylde can be done in very few retaurants on the Fylde. I would robably say that Singleton Lodge, Springfield House are among the very few where you can do this. Am going this Sat for another event so there you go !

This is the second time I have been to Tollys for a meal but at the invitation of another. On both occasions the meal was paid for by another. Both meals were tasteless and tiny, I also left the restaurant hungry. The second meal I had was beef stroganoff which was a £5.00 surplus on the £16.50 menu, the portion was approx 4oz of meat in a sauce that could of come out of a tin in my opinion. Both my brother and I thought the main course was very poor and we both kept adding salt to what was a tasteless dish. I would not go and pay for a meal there as I was extremely disappointed.
On a positive the service was very good and I did not have to wait. The location is also very nice.

We took 22 people for a Christmas celebration. The food was acceptable, although not a gourmet experience, however at the price of £17-50 per head very acceptable.
We were seated in the private room upstairs which seemed to cause problems with the speed of service. By the time the vegetables for the main course had arrived many peoples food was cold.
Drinks service for the room was poor. We ordered two glasses of red and a pint of lager - one glass of red and the lager arrived - ten minutes later the other glass of red had not arrived. On going to the bar to ask where it was I was greeted by the Chef/Patron Mr Tolley who was in his whites lounging at the bar. On stating that the bar service was poor he told me, 'we're doing our best'. When I told him that his best was obviously not good enough he suggested that I 'shove it, sideways'.
I would find it impossible to recommend this restaurant to anyone, and would suggest to Mr Tolley that he should take a course in 'Customer Care' at the first opportunity.
