Visited quite a while back - April 2011 - have to say that as a vegetarian this is the absolute worst place I have had the misfortune of visiting.
The options were limited - my main course looked much the same as my starter - and the taste can only be described as sickly sweet. To be honest I had a terrible meal. However, all my colleagues loved it (they are not veggies) and I know some of them are regulars.
This was the first time I had tried Thai food and needless to say I won't be making the same mistake again.

Absolutely love this restaurant! Its my favourite in Moseley, and some of the best Thai food I have ever had...ever! I always get the crispy fish of the day (with tilapia), but everything I have had at Sabai Sabai has been great. Would definitely recommend.

Sabai Sabai has recently undergone refurbishment extending the restaurant to seat approx 40 covers. This was a great idea, the new look is fantastic and the seating adds to the buzz of the already vibrant place.
The menu continues to be great, with pla choo chee as a firm favourite and wonderful curries. The staff are also attentive and friendly. Well worth regular visits.

This place is wonderful. Book in advance as its often fully booked much to our disappointment. We go around once a month and considering I get bored very easily and love variety, this is a real compliment. I have King Prawn Holy Basil which is so delicious and also quite healthy with lots of fresh greens and big juicy, well cleaned prawns. My partner alternates between Yellow curry (which I pinch a bit of to go on my rice as it ever so tasty) and a Noodle Stir Fry. Prices are exceedingly reasonable for food and alcohol. Try Sabai - a sparkling wine spritzer.

Wow, this place really is unbelievable, the food is to die for, try the sizzling beef and the chicken satay, the service is faultless, the ambience is so cool with totally non-Thai music instead there was funky cuban and Jamaican rhythms ..... I gotta go again real soon

WOW WOW WOW!!! The food was amazing, the staff were fun, very helpful and friendly, the music was wicked! This place is the perfect place for a party or a romantic meal. I often go on my own just to chill to the cool music and enjoy the great food. i would recommend this to everyone! You have to be mad not to like this place.

Stumble by this wonderful little restaurant and was lucky to get a table, early on a Saturday evening. (Would definitely recommend booking). Staff were welcoming, friendly (without being overpowering) and knowledgeable. The food was out of this world. Two each of beers, soft drinks, main course and a shared dessert came to a total of £30. Pretty good value!

The old man and I visit Sabai Sabai probably, oooooh, once a month or so - we just can't help ourselves. The food's fresh, delicious and (apparently) authentic-tasting. It also won't break the bank by any means - £20-a-head for wine, starters, mains and side dishes so, fantastic value for money. The service is really friendly and the music (laid back hip-hop kind of stuff) gives the place a relaxed atmosphere. The tables, however, are quite squished together (I don't want it fully booked next time we go) ...

The first thing I noticed as I walked in was the vibrant and relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by the unexpected but excellent music (funk, reggae and soul). The service was polite, efficient and friendly. I had sizzling platter with beef Chinese whisky and sesame oil which was fantastic. My partner had a very authentic green curry which she finished to the last drop, delicious she said and very tasty. I will definitely be going back, a good recommendation from the Birmingham mail
