Cannot rate this pub highly enough. A traditional British pub which has managed to maintain a regular clientele due to it's high standards of hygiene, ambience and friendly owners and staff who always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. No overbearing TV or music, always just right to please everyone. The beer is ther best pint of hand pulled Tetley you will find. The outside area is great in the summer. Very safe with lots of room and equipment for children to play.

What a hidden gem! After walking with my little boy we stopped for a refreshment, we received an excellent warm greeting from the friendly staff. The choice of drinks was excellent with something for everyone's taste. The beer garden is amazing for the children with a mixture of activities for all ages.
Would definitely recommend it to friends and I will be back myself especially for some of the up and coming events which were advertised around the pub.
