About Semola
There’s an authentic Italian vibe to Semola in Hove; no surprise when you consider that the entire venue has been designed and furnished by an exclusively Italian team. That extends to the kitchen too where they make their own fresh pasta utilising a variety of grains, wheats and flours. Pasta dishes take pride of place on the menu but there’s also a selection of starters to share, Roman-style pizzas and ‘meaty’, ‘fishy’ and ‘veggie’ main courses plus a nice dessert selection, a Vegan menu and Italian wines and digestifs. Semola is open every day for lunch and dinner, except Monday lunchtimes.
