We arrived to find Shanahans is in the middle of an industrial estate, however for the price we'd been quoted we still went on inside.
Once inside there was people smoking inside (which I believe to be illegal) we were then told to grab a drink whilst we were checked in.
5 minutes later we were told as there were "only 10 of us they had let our rooms to a group of 25 because it would make them more money" honest but shocking as we had booked months earlier.
Fortunately we found a travel lodge nearby which was only £65 for a three bed room and very clean and hospitable.
My advice would be if you want an unclean badly located place to stay don't book in advance but try Shanahans.
