Top restaurant, visited for the first time last weekend - cant believe we haven't been here before. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family

Bitterly upset at the entire experience.
Was given the wrong dish. Queried it, as it lacked Potato, Onion or even being Hot (as in Spicy) as it was meant to be.
Took it away, along with most of the rice. Only to come back within 2 minutes, the same dish, but with just some potatoes added and NONE of the rice they had taken away, not Onions or even Hot (as in Spicy).
Queried it again, only to be dismissed and told it was right, then insulted by the Manager in his manner.
Eventually, after MUCH effort, they finally accepted they had given the wrong dish, twice now. Then offered an further apology and a discount if we come again.
WHY WE WE COME AGAIN
THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMER.
THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE
RUINED MY ENTIRE NIGHT & THAT OF MY WIFE
THEY SERIOUSLY NEED STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE IGNORE OF THAI FOOD AND THEN LIE AND THEN INSULT

Visited the Siam Village on Valentines Day. The set menu was FANTASTIC. With a wide selection of starters, amazing Thai soup and variety of tasty main courses, this really is a great restaurant. Try the Singha beer and the banana fritter. Get there, have some...
Siam Village Restaurant
Excellent food, with light crispy tempura perfectly cooked, not too greasy and obviously done in very fresh oil. Staff were very helpful, courteous and offered to substitute bean curd for meat in almost all their dishes to make them veggi friendly - top marks and highly recommended
