This restaurant has improved loads since our first visit. The service was very quick and organised. The food was brilliant and really tasty. it's worth a visit just for the masala dosa which is a meal in itself.
Boo
We went for mothers day, the lighting is poor it's so dark and cold in the restaurant. We asked for the heating to be turned up it was that cold. The service needs to be better organised and quicker as the waiting time between courses is too long and everyone's food arrives at different times. The food is lovely, we've been 3 times but the masala dosa which is the main feature on the menu can be a bit hit and miss!

I'm South Indian and thought this place was pretty good. It doesn't serve the usual anglicized stuff everyone else does. My mum really likes it, which is great praise, and wants to take her friends here. Chicken chettinad was the favourite. Not as good as my mums but better than everywhere else. The dosa wasn't quite right but still good. The service wasn't great, it really needs improving.

hello
I'm so sorry to tell you this as a well wisher, the price n food quality was fair a few months back.. It will be nice if u focus on the quality of dosas and vada thiis time.its an experience to take a sip of chicken rasam, sambar etc.. your service is excellent till the starters and should have much patience to wait for main course,

Best Indian restaurant in Manchester- without a doubt!.
Go out of your way to try the delicious, different homemade food.
Venue often looks dark and decor is dull - food in luminous - GO !!!

Food was lovely but service was quite poor. £1.50 per person per poppadom is shocking!!!!!!!!

Excellent food, delicious, and good service, dishes always containing incredibly fresh and top quality produce. Only thing waiting time feel bit more, but well worth a visit. Is one of the most memorable restaurants in Manchester.

Now this definitely makes a change from all the Indian restaurants in Manchester. My first time at a south Indian restaurant. The food was great. service a little slow, but the food more than makes up for it. will be going back
Come On Sindhoor.
I am going to be very careful here, because this little place has tremendous potential.
The Sindhoor has a varied different interesting south Indian menu, and our starters were superb, but the service needs to be improved 100% and serving chicken drumsticks in the chicken byriyani is somewhat unusual and not enjoyable.
But will try again soon and hopefully they will get there act together, this is not criticism, its friendly advice, because this place could be one of Manchester's great additions to the Asian scene.
